I spent many years from leaving university teaching sport and fitness, from volleyball lessons in prisons to snowboarding in Colorado. My passion for keeping the body active has always been with me and in 1999 I became a fitness and gym instructor. Whilst training in fitness I fell in love with Pilates and soon gained my teaching certificates. In 2002 I took both my first and second degree in Reiki and gained Reiki Master in 2017.
One day I was guided to try yoga and instantly all aspects of my life came together in an explosion of light. I had found a simple and beautiful way to combine moving the body and my spiritual practice.
I have been a certified and practicing Yoga Teacher since 2017. The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing.
